Planning the Service

Our inital conversations may already have covered some of the aspects of the Service and how you would wish the day to progress, but it is very important that we capture your wishes formally so that we can ensure that everything goes to plan.

We will contact you to arrange a face to face meeting at your home or our premises or somewhere else you would be most comfortable.

So that we can help you in the best possible way regarding the arrangements some fundamental aspects need to have been considered.

  • Burial or Cremation

  • Church or Chapel before or afterwards

  • Whether a vicar, priest, minister or celebrant is requested

Whatever you choose will impact on all other aspects of the Funeral which will be discussed and agreed.

  • Venue/s and time of the Funeral

  • Type of Service

  • Where and when we meet

  • What transport is needed

  • Family Bearers

  • Music and Tribute choices

  • Orders of Service

  • Collection of Cremated Remains

  • and Scattering or Burial

  • Memorial

  • Newspaper & Social Media announcements
