This privacy policy aims to give you information on how we collect and process your personal data when you sign up to any of our correspondence.

The data controller for the company is Graham Hall (Director) of Newark Road, Tuxford, Newark, Notts, NG22 0NA who is responsible for overseeing questions in relation to this privacy notice.

G.D. Hall Funeral Directors Ltd is a privately owned business and in relation to ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ means our business in Tuxford and Retford.

You have the right to make a complaint at any time to the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) but we would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you approach the I.C.O.

You will not have to pay a fee to access or exercise any of the other rights.  However we may refuse a request if it is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data.  This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.
